Any shipment received at our Miami operations center before 12:30 pm is guaranteed to be delivered within 24 hours in Buenos Aires and Greater Buenos Aires. OVER NIGHT service for documents and urgent parcels. The sender must be registered as a user. The recipient in Argentina must be enabled to import under the Simplified Courier Import Regime and registered with the designated operator in Buenos Aires. To ensure service quality, complete recipient data must be declared on the airwaybill. Delivery can be to door or pickup at our operator’s authorized center (indicate "RETIRA POR MOSTRADOR" on the airwaybill). In case of delays due to our own service failures, the international freight charge will be refunded. The company is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, airlines, customs, or force majeure. INSURANCE: mandatory, 1% of the value (minimum USD 10 per shipment). Covers total or partial loss or misplacement. For damage, it only applies if poor packaging is ruled out. No claims after 7 days from delivery.

Packages must be properly packed and identified with content declaration and Invoice/Commercial Invoice or Proforma complete with signature and printed name of the responsible declarant. Product-type restrictions apply. Value limit: USD 3000 per shipment. No gross weight limit per shipment; each package cannot exceed 50 kg. A shipment may include more than one package. Any shipment not ready for dispatch will be delayed until regularized.
